MULTI LEVEL FOLDERS

You can assign tags to documents to help in classifying them, which is useful while retrieving a specific document, or to determine the type of content the document contains. A “tag” is a user-defined keyword or label attached to documents, enabling you to classify documents based on specific criteria. You can add multiple tags to the documents for further classification.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT FILES
You can check-out a file to prevent overwriting or changes to a file in a collaborative environment and check-in the file when you've completed the changes, ensuring that only one person has access to a file at one time, allowing only one person to work on a file at a time, to prevent team members from overwriting each other's changes.
