Account Codes calling feature allows a business to track their phone calls with their clients, patients or customers. For example, a lawyers' office may wish to record the amount of time spent on calls to a client.  Each client is given an Account Code and that code is used when making a call. This account code is then recorded with the call information in the call logger. Incoming calls from the client can be automatically assigned an account code using Caller ID technology.

Virtual Account Codes work with any type of phone (office, cell, home, etc), at any time and in any location, and with outgoing and incoming calls.
