VETERINARIAN STREAMLINES DICTATION and TRANSCRIPTION PROCESS

One of our clients who's a successful veterinarian was seeking a solution for streamlining the process of creating, organizing, storing and accessing surgery and consultation records, reports, and notes, as well as follow up appointments.  The method our client was using was very time consuming, inefficient, and required manual human involvement from start to finish.  Our  veterinarian client needed a new system that was automated, easy to use, and much more efficient, saving him time and energy that he could spend more productively seeing and treating additional patients.

Gr8r Technology developed the ideal custom solution for our client's veterinarian business using an innovative application called "Virtual Dictation System".  The Virtual Dictation System (VDS) empowered the veterinarian to use any phone, in any location, at any time to dictate records, reports, and notes over-the-phone.  We customized his VDS to record his dictation according to his preferences, and enabling him to start, stop, pause, review, append, and otherwise edit his recordings in real time using the keypad on any phone!

After the veterinarian has completed recording his dictation, his VDS automatically and instantly delivers the recording to his transcriptionist via email, where it is immediately transcribed, then delivered to the veterinarian via email in the form of text as well as an audio file.  The text transcription and audio file are automatically stored in the veterinarian's secure VDS web panel, where he can quickly, easily and efficiently search and access records, reports, and notes at anytime, from any computer or smartphone. He can search and access records in an unlimited number of ways, including name of owner, animal species, animal breed, animal description (name, age, gender, color, weight, etc), diagnosis, treatment & immunizations, etc.
